Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ILORE LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Final Cut mobile application and related website.

1. Information we may process

Depending on the features you use, the app may process information such as app usage data, device and diagnostic information, advertising identifiers, crash data, purchase or subscription status, and content you choose to upload or submit for editing or AI-powered features.

2. User content and AI features

If you use AI-powered features, the prompt, settings and any photo or video you select for that request are sent to our servers and then to an AI generation provider so the request can be processed: fal.ai, kie.ai or PoYo for image and video generation, and OpenAI for AI writing tools (captions, scripts, titles, hashtags). Generated results are returned to the app. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not sell it. We recommend that you do not upload content you do not have permission to use or information you consider highly sensitive.

No sign-up is required. To keep your credits and purchases working, the app uses an anonymous account identifier (Google Firebase Authentication) and a one-way hashed device key, so your balance survives reinstalling the app. We store your credit balance, reward history, redeemed codes, AI job records (model, cost, status) and plan status on our servers (Google Firebase / Google Cloud).

3. Advertising

The app may display advertising. Advertising partners may process device identifiers, approximate location, app activity, and related information as permitted by your device settings and applicable law. Where required, consent controls may be presented before personalized advertising is used.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

We may use analytics, crash reporting, and performance services to understand app usage, improve stability, prevent abuse, and improve features.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Google Play and managed through RevenueCat, which verifies purchases and lets you restore them on a new device. We receive purchase and subscription status, not your payment card details.

6. Third-party services

Final Cut relies on third-party providers including Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting of our backend, Remote Config, Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, App Check), Google AdMob (advertising), Google Play Billing and RevenueCat (payments), and fal.ai, kie.ai, PoYo and OpenAI (AI processing). Those providers process information under their own privacy terms and according to the services they provide to us.

7. Data retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the service, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type and service provider.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no system or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. You can contact us to make a privacy request, including deleting the credit, job and purchase records we hold for your app account.

10. Children

Final Cut is not intended for children under the minimum age required to consent to digital services in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

11. International processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own when our providers operate internationally. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for cross-border transfers.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app, legal requirements, or third-party services change. The effective date above will be updated when revisions are published.
